8.1 STORE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS IN THE LIBRARY
 
Go to Support > Library
Library is a platform for you to store important documents to create an information center for future reference.
System Administrator and administrator can upload important and useful resources for your company as well as for your employees. It could include email templates, letter templates, memo templates, company Handbook, Rules, warning letter and many more.
You can save these files in digital format (.doc, .xls, .pdf, .jpeg) into your TimeTec TA account. Employees can login and download these files or documents if the permission is granted for them to download.
To manage the files properly, you can create different folders to store the files and documents accordingly. This eases the employees to look for the file they need. Restriction is provided by branch/company, department, section or user in order to limit the access of employees to a certain files or documents.
