Data is displayed differently in the attendance sheet. If you see: - Data in Black font = normal clocking activity (without fault) - Data in Red font = Clocking activity with fault (e.g. late to work, early out) - Data in bold font = Indicates data that has been edited by an administrator (To see original data, check the “Drag & Drop” column) - Data labelled Work, Overtime and Short = these are processed results calculated from clocking schedules, rules and group duty rosters. |
