There are two ways to delete users: |
| 1. | Delete from terminal(s) – User information in the terminal(s) will be deleted but the information is still available in the software. Click Delete User (Terminal) > Select Terminal ID > Select User ID to Delete > Select Data Field to Delete > Apply |
| 2. | Delete from software – To delete user information completely from the software and this can only be done after you have removed the user(s) from any terminals. Click Delete User (PC) > Select Terminal ID > Select User ID to Delete > Select Data Field to Delete > Apply |
