| Downloading Users |

After you have setup software and enrolled users into the terminal(s), download all users
from the terminal(s) into the software. This step is important as backup to the data that
has been inserted into the terminal(s). |

Click Download User > Select Terminal ID to download > Select Users to Download >
Check all data fields > Apply |

The number shown in the Fingerprint and Face column indicates the number of fingerprint
or face enrolled by the particular user(s). |
