Password is important to limit the software access |

Two types of password: |
| - LOGIN: This password allows access to viewing of Attendance Sheet and User Records as well as monitoring of terminal activities and printing of all reports. - ADMINISTRATOR: This password is the highest authority and a person having this password could carry out all operations and have full access to the software. Only administrator is allowed to change the password to software access. |
