CONFIGURING FINGERTEC TERMINALS
Syncing TCMS V2 and Terminals
To go to FingerTec Terminal Setup where the setup of FingerTec terminals is accomplished, you need to open the TCMS V2, press device > FingerTec Terminal Setup
Set the following in the page:
  ID – This is the identification number of the terminal, very important for the software to recognize the origin of the transferred data
Model – Choose the terminal models from the drop down menu.
  Connections - TCP/IP for TCP/IP or WiFi connection
- COM 1~6 for Serial Communications
- USB for transfer of data using USB Flash Disk
- USB Client, exclusively for TA300
- FRIS, only applicable to FRIS 2 database server
- WEB, only applicable when using Webster
  Baudrate – Only applicable to serial communications, choose the corresponding baudrate
IP Address – Choose the IP address for TCP/IP connection
Port – Insert 4370 to signal PC firewall to establish a connection to the terminal
  Enable connection by checking the box on the far left, the software will connect to the terminal and will ask for the serial number.
