Syncing TCMS V2 and Terminals |

To go to FingerTec Terminal Setup where the setup of FingerTec terminals is accomplished, you need to open the TCMS V2, press device > FingerTec Terminal Setup |

Set the following in the page: |

ID – This is the identification number of the terminal, very important for the software to recognize the origin of the transferred data
Model – Choose the terminal models from the drop down menu. |

Connections - TCP/IP for TCP/IP or WiFi connection
- COM 1~6 for Serial Communications
- USB for transfer of data using USB Flash Disk
- USB Client, exclusively for TA300
- FRIS, only applicable to FRIS 2 database server
- WEB, only applicable when using Webster |

Baudrate – Only applicable to serial communications, choose the corresponding baudrate
IP Address – Choose the IP address for TCP/IP connection
Port – Insert 4370 to signal PC firewall to establish a connection to the terminal |

Enable connection by checking the box on the far left, the software will connect to the terminal and will ask for the serial number. |
